Isaw that "La ilaha illallah, Muhammadun rasulullah (There is no god but Allah and Muhammad is His Messenger)" was written on the columns of the Arsh (Throne); and I understood that the person whose name You wrote with Your name is the most beloved one to you among Your creatures. Thereupon, Allah said, 'O Adam! You have told the truth.
TheHoly Prophet sa added: "If somebody recites it during the day with firm faith in it, and dies on the same day before the evening, they will be from the people of Paradise; and if somebody recites it at night with firm faith in it, and dies before the morning, they will be from the people of Paradise." (Sahih al-Bukhari, Kitab al-Da'wat)

Someonetells to read it seventy thousand times and someone tells to read it one lakh twenty five thousand times. The most excellent dhikr is the Holy Quran, it should be recited and then isal-e-sawab and dua for forgiveness should be made for the dead. At least recite Surah Ikhlas 11 times and do isal-o-sawab.

Whatis the authenticity of this Hadith?
